Reformer Studio

TRIBE delivers coached, full-body workouts utilizing our custom-made, spring-loaded Reformers in our front studio.

  • Our signature class! Here we’ve reimagined the classic Reformer Pilates method and deliver to you a true full-body strength training workout that uses the spring tension of a reformer to safely strengthen upper body, lower body, and core muscles at a non-stop pace. While your muscles are working to near maximum, your heart rate is elevated for the full 45 minutes through this tough, but very effective workout.

  • This is a “lite” version of our signature Power Reformer class. Designed to help you ease into Power, but still guarantees a meaningful strength training workout - some intensity and lots of sweat!

  • Here you can expect your workout to be sweaty, challenging, and FUN. This HIIT class will be an ideal mix of strength and conditioning movements in a variety of intensities and intervals to keep the heart rate high, muscles working, and sweat pouring!

  • This classic Pilates Reformer class focuses on the body as a whole, to increase flexibility, strength, balance, agility, create a stronger core, improved mental well-being and a fuller range of motion. All while turning the abdominal muscles, lower back and hips into your body’s powerhouse. The unique reformer carriage and springs provide resistance, as well as some help through your range of motion. It feels amazing!

    Because Reformer Pilates is a non-impact, balanced technique, it’s great for just about anyone—from the super-fit, to beginners, to those coming back from an injury.

Training Studio Classes

Our back-room training studio features four barbell racks, 2 cable stacks, amazing sound, and ALL the equipment needed to coach you through our programmed classes!

  • A circuit-based strength and conditioning workout that will push you, but keep you coming back for more. This class, is programmed around the fundamental lifts with barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells, mixed with functional movements to improve your athletic skills. Add in some great cardio equipment, and you have a HIIT weight and cardio training class. Even though it’s tough, everyone up for a challenge can do this class!

  • Bring a towel and GET READY TO SWEAT! A high intensity complement to our Strong and Lean class, Fit AF! is a near-max effort interval workout. The intervals will be focused around our cardio machines: C2 Rower, C2 Ski-Erg, and Rogue Echo fan bike. We'll add bodyweight and light strength moves to balance out the workout.

    We recommend this class be added to your routine 1-2 times pera week to your strength training routine in our Strong & Lean, Power Reformer, Power Reformer Lite, or TRIBE Barbell classes.

    This class is designed for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
