Jaina Cole

Jaina has over three years experience working one on one with clients as well as large group TRX training classes. She holds a national certification and is TRX level 1 and 2 trained. She keeps her sessions interesting by bringing in sand bags, kettle bells, rip trainers, ropes and much more. She has a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals in a fun and respectful manor while building confidence in their abilities.

Known as a good listener, it's very important to her to hear her client's concerns and goals. Whether the goal is to lose a few pounds or much more, or issues with chronic pain or injuries, Jaina can modify work outs and accommodate needs. She works out daily using a wide variety of activities including: cross fit, kick boxing, running, biking and weight lifting. She is a Seattle native and in her spare time volunteers with a local dog rescue.

Ron Moodey

Methods: Power Reformer, Personal Training
 
Certifications: NASM-CPT, IKFF CKT Level One Kettlebell, Crossfit Endurance, TRX Trainer Level 2, TRX Sports Medicine, STOTT Pilates trained. Ron has always been interested in fitness, health and sport. He has personally trained for and completed 3 marathons, and has coached others to successfully run marathons. He has worked as the district fitness manager for Gold's Gym in central California, developing a training program that focuses on whole body movement, strength and endurance. He is STOTT Pilates trained, NASM-CPT certified, Crossfit Endurance, as well as TRX group and Sports Medicine certified. Ron finds great satisfaction in helping and motivating others to successfully reach their fitness goals, whether it is weight loss, health, strength, mobility, or preparing for a marathon. Your workouts with him will always be: different, challenging but achievable, and of course... fun.

Alice Harrington

Methods: Cardio Kickboxing, TRX, Tabata
 
Alice is an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Alice’s love and passion for fitness infects all areas of her expertise. She believes fitness should be challenging but fun. Her broad spectrum of certifications include BOSU, Barre, TRX, HIIT, Tabata, Dance, Spin, and Kickboxing. The latter earned her first place in a national competition two years in a row. Alice has represented Nordstrom, Speedo, Power Bar, Adidas and many others in the fitness arena, demonstrating the power of health and exercise. Not only does she fill her days with training and teaching, but many evenings she also takes to the ice and plays a mean game of hockey. Fitness saturates her family as well. Alice is a mother of four girls, of whom play roller derby. Alice volunteers her time coaching girls roller derby and teaching the derby girls off track conditioning as well as many varsity high school sports teams throughout greater Seattle. She understands the trials of weight loss and the frustration many encounter attempting to begin or even continue a regime, having gained 60 pounds with each pregnancy and yet, losing it as well. Alice is dedicated to her clients and offers support and encouragement every step of the way.
