Known as a good listener, it's very important to her to hear her client's concerns and goals. Whether the goal is to lose a few pounds or much more, or issues with chronic pain or injuries, Jaina can modify work outs and accommodate needs. She works out daily using a wide variety of activities including: cross fit, kick boxing, running, biking and weight lifting. She is a Seattle native and in her spare time volunteers with a local dog rescue.
Kesha is a happy and creative instructor who enjoys creating effective classes that allow you to have fun, get a great workout, and leave feeling empowered. Kesha has her B.S. in exercise science, has been instructing fitness since 2008, and teaching yoga since 2014. Before moving to Seattle, she opened a gym in southeast Nebraska focused around building a positive community of people wanting to improve all elements of health/wellness, so TRIBE feels just like home.
