Ron Moodey

Methods: Power Reformer, Personal Training
 
Certifications: NASM-CPT, IKFF CKT Level One Kettlebell, Crossfit Endurance, TRX Trainer Level 2, TRX Sports Medicine, STOTT Pilates trained. Ron has always been interested in fitness, health and sport. He has personally trained for and completed 3 marathons, and has coached others to successfully run marathons. He has worked as the district fitness manager for Gold's Gym in central California, developing a training program that focuses on whole body movement, strength and endurance. He is STOTT Pilates trained, NASM-CPT certified, Crossfit Endurance, as well as TRX group and Sports Medicine certified. Ron finds great satisfaction in helping and motivating others to successfully reach their fitness goals, whether it is weight loss, health, strength, mobility, or preparing for a marathon. Your workouts with him will always be: different, challenging but achievable, and of course... fun.

James Dorfer

Methods: Reformer Pilates, Reformer: Tone and Stretch, Power Reformer, Jump Board, Mat Pilates
 
James was a professional dancer and musician and so much more. All of his life experience comes forward in his classes. His reformer classes tend to be thoughtful and fun, but he always tailors the class to his clients' fitness goals. He wants you to learn concepts of moving and posture while having fun and feeling it the next couple days, or 6! Nicknames he's had: Joe jr, Wizard, Nerd, Sargent, and at Tribe he might be known as the Dictator. He has many movement backgrounds and anatomical knowledge sources that will enhance your practice of Pilates and hopefully your daily life. Just come in, get ready to work it out and have fun! =)

Ashley Gundermann

Method: Power Reformer
 
Ashley is an exercise enthusiast and loves sharing her passion for fitness with others. She is studying to be a naturopathic physician and will graduate from Bastyr University with her ND degree in spring of 2019. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing and practicing aerial silks.

Amy Hollens

Methods: Power BARRE, Power Reformer
 
Originally from Orange County, Ca, Amy is a former professional dancer and certified Barre instructor, and has been teaching for over 10 years. As a professional dancer, she performed with numerous theatres in Southern California as well as places like Disneyland, House Blues Hollywood, and on ships with the Holland America Cruise Line. She spent seven years kickin’ it as a Radio City Rockette in New York, where she first discovered Barre. She immediately fell in love with the technique because it combined two of her favorite things- dance and fitness. After sustaining a broken foot and undergoing shoulder surgery, Barre became her go-to during recovery as the best low-impact workout that had a high enough intensity to maintain her strength. About a year into working at TRIBE, she went through the Power Reformer training, so you can now see her in the front studio as well! Get ready for high energy, music based classes focused on specific muscle group strength and conditioning, with one or two (or three or four) jokes thrown in. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to share her love of Barre and fitness with the TRIBE family!

Mary Daugherty

Method: Power Reformer
 
Mary has been a devoted client of the TRIBE Fitness studio and a dedicated participant in the Power Reformer classes for over 6 years—she BELIEVES in the workout! Being personally involved and interested in fitness and nutrition for many years and having a passion for the Power Reformer method, Mary trained to become a Power Reformer instructor herself. Mary is committed to helping TRIBE clients achieve their fitness goals, stay motivated, and have FUN! Mary is not only an instructor at TRIBE but she also continues to be a client—you will recognize her attending AND teaching classes, because she just can’t get enough! Mary’s personal workouts include Power Reformer as well as Barre, TRX, kickboxing, spinning, running, and weight lifting. Mary is friendly and approachable—when you see her in class or around the studio, stop and say hello!
Power Reformer is our signature class. This high energy workout combines strength training at a non-stop pace, with the core and balance training of a reformer. The pace will keep your heart rate elevated for the full 50 minutes to maximize full-body strength and ensure a high-intensity cardio workout. If you want lean, toned muscles, strength, endurance and fat-burning, this workout is for you. Structured in 15 minute increments covering upper body, legs and core, Power Reformer works every muscle and boosts metabolism, helping you to jack the gravitational forces that even the most dedicated men and women face every day. Space is limited to 10 TRIBE members per class.
